Import .loopysessions

I just transferred my loopy sessions from my iPhone to my Mac. However, now that I try to import them back to my iPhone I run into a snag because iTunes won't allow me to choose a folder to transfer, only individual files, and since the .loopysessions show up as folders (with a media subfolder and a .xml doc) in Finder I have no way to import them. Or can I import each individual file? Any thoughts on this?
