I don’t see any programable metronome settings, so no I don’t think so.
In Loopy Pro, all the metronome parameters can be controlled by MIDI, but MIDI controls are not yet part of the sequencer. When this feature is added you’ll be able to very precisely control all of this through MIDI sequencing. It’s on the roadmap, but not sure how soon.
.. and if you want to disable it entirely after the first loop, then add a follow action on that loop that disables the metronome on the “record stop” event.

I'm also happy with having a volume control widget for the metronome on the screen so I can be flexible with it in my ears as I loop.
