MIDI Clock Sync

I want to sync the new TC Flashback X4 Delay with Loopy, so the delay has the same speed as Loopy.
I use an Alesis iODock . So Midi OUT of the iODock to MIDI IN of the Flashback.
What settings do I have to make, so that Loopy is sending a MIDI Clock ?

In the MIDI Settings:

Control Input is set to Dock.

Clock Input and Clock Output - how do I set them?

You'll need to tap the row for the iODock under "Clock Output" in Loopy - a tick will appear, which means Loopy's sending clock output to the iODock.
