RME Babyface Pro FS: only stereo output available on iPad

Using Loopy Pro standalone app and the RME Babyface Pro FS.

I'm using the Babyface Pro FS and activated Background Mode in Total Mix iPad app and in Loopy Pro too but I only have a stereo output and no headphones out.

Yes, the Babyface Pro FS is in CC mode.

Rebooting the iPad / Babyface Pro FS / TotalMix app / Loopy Pro makes no difference.

I am using iPadOS 15.2 (iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen) and the latest TotalMix app version. Latest available RME drivers and firmware are installed.

For RME audio interfaces I can use the TotalMix app (RME only of course). And I have to reboot the RME audio interaface in CC mode (Class Compliant).

Otherwise I would suggest you ask in a Motu FB group or ask the Motu support to help you.

Hi Psyndrone, I’m also using a Babyface Pro FS. May I ask if you are recording any mono inputs as I can’t get my mono guitar in input 4 to record centre pan (though I can monitor that input in stereo). Michael is kindly looking at this for me but wondered if you’ve had any experience. Many thanks!

At the moment I record too like you in mono. And this works pretty well. Are you sure everything is configured correct in your TotalMix app? Is your Babyface running in CC mode?

Trying to access as many Loopy Pro resources as I can… when I follow the Discord link, it comes up as “address not found”. Am I doing something wrong?

Does it work for you know? I'm new to Discord too.
(Btw. it's a limit by Discord itself: as a server owner you have to update the every week auto-changing invite URL manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.)

Thanks Psy, yes I ended up uninstalling loopy pro and reinstalling to resolve. I must have set something incorrectly.
