Loopy for ipod touch

Hello,
I have an android phone so I cant get the app for my phone but I found my old ipod touch (updated to ios 6) and I tried to purchase the app but it says that I have to update the system to IOS 7 in order to get the app but I cant because Apple didn`t update ipod touch to IOS 7.
is there a way to get it anyway?
