Loopy 2.5.11 - new problem with track length

hi,
i love love love loopy. huge fan. i use it every day, to the point that it has become integral to the functioning of my band.

but the new update has a glitch that i've never encountered before. it seems that if i start the clock by recording a new track, any track i make which it 4 or 8 or 16 times as long as that first track is one beat too long. weird, right? this also happens when i record a track from an existing track contained in a session which was created before the latest update. that is to say, when i record a track which is 4 or 8 times longer than the first track, the resulting track is longer than it was before it was rerecorded. i'll attach a video to illustrate.

oh and it does this on both my ipad air 2 and my older ipad 3

thanks so so much for all your hard work and attention.

  • Thanks Aeric!

Ah, yes, I see why - it's because your first loop length is so short, Loopy's finding a bad multiple. I can fix that. Feel free to sign up to the pre-release testing thing if you'd like to try out a fixed version - I'll put it up soon.

  • thanks, man. you rock.
