Binding question

I'm trying to set up my BlueBoard Bluetooth pedal board. I want a binding that will start recording the selected track on the first tap, end the recording and begin playback on the second tap and then toggle playback on and off on subsequent taps. Is there a binding that does that? I plan to use other buttons to move track selection forward or backward and to stop play of all tracks.

Try "Toggle Mute", @Kyle76 - that'll automatically record on a blank track, too.
