Loopy MIDI Outputs?

I don't believe there's a way to do this with Loopy HD, but I might have just missed it. I'd like to control Loopy from my iPhone using TouchOSC or Lemur, and it almost works really well. (Loopy is running in the background on the iPad, so that's why I need another way to control it.) It's easy to set the MIDI up so TouchOSC on my iPhone can wirelessly control Loopy on the iPad. However, it would be nice if Loopy could send MIDI messages back to TouchOSC to confirm that a loop is set to play on the next cycle.

I'm leery of using this setup live, because it's easy to accidentally hit a button wrong in TouchOSC, and there's no way to tell what's going to play until the audio starts (or doesn't start). Since Loopy is running in the background on the iPad, I can't just look at the iPad to see what loops are set to play. If Loopy could send a MIDI message back to TouchOSC, then I could use that to display feedback on what Loopy is actually doing.

Can Loopy HD do this, and I've just missed it? If not, is it possible to add this feature?
